Take one piece, or plan the whole structure
- One service on its own - for example an LLC, or a Solo 401(k) alone
- Two or three services sequenced together as your business changes
- A coordinated structure planned in phases with your own attorney and CPA
Published service fees are listed on the pricing page: Solo 401(k) setup from $1,200 with $200 per year support, standard LLC $795 plus the state filing fee, Lean S-Corp Optimizer $995 plus state filing fees, Wyoming anonymous LLC $995 plus the $100 Wyoming filing fee, and IRA LLC $1,295. A coordinated structure is priced from the components you select. Government, registered-agent, custodian, payroll, banking, legal, CPA, investment and lender charges are separate where applicable.
Roles
Who does what
- We prepare and coordinate documents, and we explain how the pieces interact.
- Legal determinations belong to your attorney; tax positions belong to your CPA.
- Custody sits with your bank, trust company or IRA custodian - never with us.
- Investment selection is yours. We do not recommend, endorse or vet investments.
- Lending decisions are made by independent lenders under their own criteria.
Survival 401K is not a law firm, CPA firm, bank, custodian, payroll provider, lender or registered investment adviser. Nothing here is legal, tax or investment advice.
